Effects of E-gaming on Health – Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences

Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences in collaboration with the Department of Continual Professional Education organized a webinar titled “Effects of E-gaming on Health” on 16^th-Feb-2021. The facilitators Mr. UMAR AHMED (Lecturer) and Mr. MUHAMMAD SAAD AKHTAR (Lecturer) from Dept of Physical Education, Health and Sports Sciences, Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences discussed the strategies to minimize the side-effects of prolonged sitting while e-gaming accompanied by the demonstration of Calisthenics Exercises followed by High Intensity Interval Training (H-I-I-T) And reaction time activities. Questions and Answers session was held in the end, where queries of participants were addressed by the facilitators.
